The Spy, The Renegade, The Rogue

This fast-paced Cold War thriller is based on a gripping true story of love, secrecy, betrayal, and death-defying bravery.

As the 1980s and the established world order comes to an end, the KGB plants a double agent at the heart of British Intelligence. The damage that he could inflict on the West is huge, but then, in 1991, his country, the mighty Soviet Union, collapses. Abandoned and left with nowhere to go, the double agent is forced to remain.

From Turkey to the Philippines and Ukraine, he carries out treacherous missions on behalf of Her Majesty's Secret Intelligence Service – without ever forgetting the need to avenge his betrayal by the KGB. Try as he might to shed his past it lingers on, and the highly sensitive secrets he holds mean his pursuers will stop at nothing to get their man.
